Terms of service

The agreement between you and the company behind MailRadar. It is short because the product is simple, and it is written to be read.

In effect from 2026-09-08

01Who you are dealing with

MailRadar is provided by Göteborgs Design AB, organisationsnummer 559550-8218, registered in Partille, Sweden. "We" and "us" below means that company. You can reach us at privacy@mailradar.se.

02What the service is

MailRadar reads a mailbox you connect and tells you which conversations need a reply from you, which ones you are waiting on, and which have gone quiet. It can draft replies for you to edit and send. It does not send anything on its own, and it holds no permission to delete, archive or move your mail.

How your mail is read, stored and protected is described on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

03Your account

You may only connect a mailbox you own or are authorised to use. Connecting someone else’s mailbox, even with their password, is not permitted; access is by their own consent through their own provider or not at all.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. Sign-in is through your mail provider, so that mostly means keeping that account secure. If you believe someone else has used your account, disconnect the mailbox in Settings and revoke MailRadar’s access from your provider’s security settings.

04What you may not do

You may not use MailRadar to break the law, to process mail you have no right to process, to attempt to reach data that is not yours, or to place load on the service that is out of proportion to ordinary use. You may not resell access or operate the service on behalf of others without an agreement with us.

05Drafts and suggestions

Summaries, priorities and drafted replies are suggestions produced by software, partly by a language model. They can be wrong. A draft is not sent until you press send, and what you send is yours: you are responsible for reading it first and for its content. Treat a suggested deadline or commitment as a prompt to check, not as a fact.

06The demo mailbox

The demo is a generated mailbox with invented people and invented mail. Nothing in it is real and nothing you do in it reaches anyone. It exists so you can see how the product behaves before connecting anything of your own, and we may reset or remove demo mailboxes at any time.

07Price and payment

The free plan is free. Its limits are shown in the app and we may change them with notice.

When paid plans are offered, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay, and you are charged only after you choose a plan. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future charges without taking away what you have already paid for.

If you are a consumer, you keep every right the law gives you, including the right of withdrawal where it applies. Nothing here narrows that.

08Availability and changes

We aim to keep MailRadar running and we do not promise a particular uptime. We may change the service, add or remove features, or stop offering it. If a change would materially reduce what you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel.

09Ending the agreement

You can leave at any time. Settings has a button that disconnects your mailbox and deletes the cached copy of your mail, and another that erases your account entirely. Both take effect immediately.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why first and give you a chance to put it right. If we stop offering the service, we will give notice and your data is deleted when the account closes.

10Liability

MailRadar is provided as it is. Within what the law allows, we are not liable for the content of your mail, for decisions you make on the basis of a summary or suggestion, for mail you choose to send, or for loss caused by your mail provider being unavailable. Where we are liable, our total liability for a year is limited to what you paid us in that year.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence, or a consumer’s statutory rights.

11Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For a change that matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may leave before then. Continuing to use the service after that date means the new terms apply.

12Law and disputes

Swedish law applies and Swedish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in Sweden you may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden. We would rather hear from you first.

If something on this page ever stops being true, the page changes first.
